Tools & Graphs

Have you ever wondered what your stats mean or how they are relative in the greater scheme of things?
Here we hope to help you understand individual statistics, and also how they relate to each other and what they mean for you.
This will be broken down into the individual sections of each statistic, and we will slowly add to this page as there is a lot to cover.

Body Mass Index (BMI) Calculator

What is it?
An index of obesity based on height and weight, calculating a measurement of the relative percentages of fat and muscle mass in the human body.

Why would I want to know it?
This is a good value to base how good your weight is relative to your height. Once you know the value, you can use this this graph, to view graphically how well your weight is doing.

NOTE: A BMI greater than 25 is not always to do with too much fat as BMI does not differentiate between muscle and fat so an athlete may be muscular, with little body fat, yet they may weigh more. The BMI scale is also not suitable for children as results change with age or pregnant women.

How do I find out what my index is?
